Champions keep their country’s restoration pledge.

Around seventy countries have promised hectares to the Bonn Challenge. Almost none have the last mile to deliver them: the ledger, the landholder’s agent, the payment that arrives when the trees are still standing.

I spent a decade designing that last mile before the institution to run it existed. Now it does.

This is a proposal to Champions and their founding councils. It is not a token, a product, or a claim of endorsement by Intelligent Internet.

The FLR-token

A green paper for a currency whose issuance and payout were bound to proven restoration outcomes.

What a Champion is

The institution for
the last mile.

A Champion is a locally majority-owned public-benefit company formed through a Founding Council. It brings together local leadership, integration engineers, intelligent machines, an agent and wallet for every citizen, and the operating record of what is happening where.

Restoration is its first natural proof: a public-service vertical with treaty-level national commitments already made. The business can earn service revenue in year one while building the commons record that makes long-horizon benefit measurable.

Foundation Coin and Proof-of-Benefit remain the commons economy underneath. They are the second act, after the Champion can hold the record and answer when delivery fails.
